We met Ofe Polack during our initial meeting with her selling client, J H Spain Associates, a Concord builder. She welcomed us openly and we felt very comfortable talking about how hard it had been to find a suitable house design (single-level ranch) on a desirable building lot. After that initial meeting and through subsequent e-mail correspondence Ofe arranged to give us a guided tour of Concord and she subsequently provided us with a large number of brochures describing many points of interest and commerce in the area.

She took us to lunch and arranged to show us an example of the ranch design in which we were interested. The home owner graciously showed us her home and Ofe then took us to see some of the builder’s construction work in progress in another development to illustrate the high quality of the work. We were very impressed.

There is no doubt that Ofe Polack is a professional realtor of the highest quality and strives to provide as much information about the potential property and surrounding area as possible.
