Land, land where is the land?

Very few people really make money in land, holding it for years waiting for its value to increase, when you consider the property taxes, special assessments, mortgage interest payments, etc…involved.

Adding value to the land and selling it quickly, for either cash, or a note that covers the purchase price and provides the seller with a nice monthly income, is the way to go.

Land owners can also develop the land and build a home for either resale or rental.

Whereas landowners want to profit from their land, builders are always on the lookout for land.

OFE Polack serves as a “matchmaker” bringing together sellers of land and developers or builders in search for land.

As a member of the Home Builders & Remodelers Association of New Hampshire, OFE is able to stay on top of issues, products and services that impact on construction, and as a member of the Realtor Land Institute, she has her pulse on land across the nation.

OFE is also very actively involved with the Manchester Neighborhood, New Hampshire Housing Authority and USDA in an attempt to provide housing to families of low-medium income levels.

She is constantly searching for land to meet the needs of local developers/builders which range from those who are starting their first project and are looking for a single lot, to award winning companies that have been in business for a quarter century and are searching for 100 lots or more.

Projects that she is presently involved with are located in Hillsborough, Merrimack and Belknap counties.

No matter how small or large the acreage you own, OFE will find you a buyer.
