One of my main goals is to provide housing to families of all income levels. To that effect, I am in daily contact with landowners, builders, developers, engineers and planners in an attempt to identify sub-dividable land, conducive to smart growth.
One of my latest projects is Bela Brook Estates, in Concord, NH. This 27-home sub-division was developed by Stonehill Builders, Salem, NH and is being built by J H Spain, Concord, NH. Homes start in the low $300,000.
A six-lot sub-division located on Hoit & Shaker Rds., Concord, is being built and developed by Integrity Plus. Homes start in the high $400,000.
Having lived in different countries and different states has given me with a broad frame of reference and an understanding of different lifestyles to share with clients, whether they may be developers/builders or buyers.
As a member of the Home Builders & Remodelers Association of New Hampshire I am able to stay on top of issues, products and services that impact on construction.
I am constantly searching for land to meet the needs of my developers/builders which range from those who are starting their first project to award winning companies that have been in business for a quarter century.
I am also very actively involved with the Manchester Neighborhood, New Hampshire Housing and USDA in an attempt to provide housing to families of low-medium income levels.
Projects that we are presently involved are located in Hillsborough, Merrimack and Belknap counties.
