The Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage International Diamond Society designation
Manchester, NH(July, 2004) Jim McKeon, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Northern New England was pleased to announce that Concord resident Ofe Polack, of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Manchester office, has already achieved the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage International Diamond Society designation for 2004.
The International Diamond Society designation is achieved by those sales associates who earn a specified level of sales for their listing and selling excellence in 2004.

To achieve this level of earnings so soon in the year, is outstanding,” said Jim McKeon. “To obtain this designation mid-year is a testament to Ofe's dedication to her customers and clients and we are proud to have Ofe as a member of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage team.”
Ofe is an active member of the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce and the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of NH. Ofe is currently marketing the Bela Brook Estates Subdivision of new single family homes in Concord.

Manchester, NH(February, 2004) Jim McKeon, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Northern New England, was honored to present Ofe Polack, sales associate of the Manchester Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office, with the Top Sales Per Units award for attaining an outstanding level of residential real estate sales in 2003.
Ofe accepted the award during the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage 2003 Awards Celebration that was held at the Boston Park Plaza hotel. More than 600 sales associates, managers and staff attended the annual event. The theme of this year’s celebration, “Beyond Perseverance,” emphasizes the sales associates’ ongoing commitment to ensure a smooth and convenient homeownership experience for their customers and clients utilizing the tools and services of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.
